FAQ’s about WOC 2027

Overview/ FAQS

January 26–28, 2027, Za'abeel Halls 4, 5 & 6, Dubai World Trade Centre.

Floor show access, lectures, the Championship Area, Brew Bar, Cupping Room, Roaster Village, Best New Product Award, Coffee Design Award and the SCA Community lounge.

You can order your requirements through the service portal here.

All exhibitors, including any members of your team who will work on the stand during the show, must register for badges. Please see the Exhibitor Registration section of the exhibitor manual. An email will be sent from the registration system for you to create an account. Once your account is created, your allocated badges and exhibitor invites will be available there for use.

The exhibitor manual (available closer to the show) covers every stand-related topic in detail: badges, stand construction, artwork specs, logistics, all searchable by section.

  • Metro: DWTC has its own dedicated station; trains run every few minutes, 5am–11pm, using a Nol Card
  • RTA Taxi: widely available, drivers know the venue; fares from AED 5 (AED 12 if pre-booked); Ladies-only taxis available
  • Careem / Uber: pre-paid app booking with dedicated pick-up/drop-off points at the venue
  • Driving: direct access from Sheikh Zayed Road, with 7,530 parking spaces across six paid and two free car parks, including EV charging bays
  • A mix of both.

  • Key car parks include Al Mustaqbal Street Parking (3,715 spaces, incl. EV, accessible and bicycle bays), Exhibition Street Parking (1,160), Sheikh Rashid Tower Parking (863), Za’abeel Plaza Parking (300), Exhibition Plaza Parking (150) and Arena Plaza valet parking (140).

  • A per-hour fee applies Saturday–Friday; tickets are issued on arrival and settled on departure.

  • Overnight or improperly parked vehicles are subject to additional charges.

  • Under 12: Allowed in the Exhibit Hall and Lectures during show hours only, accompanied by a registered guardian
  • 12+: Allowed in the Exhibit Hall, Lectures and Workshops during attendee hours if registered
  • 18+: Required for Exhibit Hall access during set-up/tear-down, and to volunteer
  • Under 18s must be always accompanied by a registered guardian on the show floor.

All Dubai World Trade Centre facilities are wheelchair friendly.

Access to Za’abeel Halls 1, 4, 5 and 6 is easily accessible to wheelchair users. 

If you book a space only stand, that is all you get — “the space“. If you book a shell stand, this will include the following :

  • Standard Booth – 9 sqm. (minimum)
  • Shell Scheme
  • 1 Round Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • 3 Spotlights
  • 1 Waste Bin
  • Floor Carpet
  • Electricity x 1 KW
  • Power Socket
  • Basic Fascia with company name and booth number
  • Company profile in WOC 2027 Digital/Guide
  • 4 Exhibitor staff badges for every 9 sqm. of space

Shell scheme stands will be constructed upon your arrival to set up for the show. Prior to your arrival onsite, and to ensure you have everything you need to exhibit on your shell scheme stand, please see the Stand Construction section of the exhibitor manual. Shell Scheme includes the following:

  • Standard Booth – 9 sqm. (minimum)
  • Shell Scheme
  • 1 Round Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • 3 Spotlights
  • 1 Waste Bin
  • Floor Carpet
  • Electricity x 1 KW
  • Power Socket
  • Basic Fascia with company name and booth number
  • Company profile in WOC 2027 Digital/Guide
  • 4 Exhibitor staff badges for every 9 sqm. of space

Self-build exhibitors (those who have booked space only) must submit their stand designs to ops.woc@dwtc.com . These must be submitted no later than December 16, 2026, and be approved by the event team and venue before arriving onsite.

The back side (above 2.4m) of any stands with prior approval to build over the standard height of 2.4m, which back onto a neighboring stand, must be dressed/finished in white with no branding to avoid intruding on the neighboring stand.
